Well, for starters you need to learn how to build all of LibreOffice
for OS X, Linux or Windows. That is a prerequisite, even if most of
the work in that specific task will be free-standing iOS development.
Then you will need to demonstrate your coding skills, like by doing
one of our Easy Hacks.

I assume you have full-time access to a Mac with 10.7 or 10.8, and an
iOS device?
