2 Patches for libmspub

I integrated this one, and I thank you for it. Nevertheless, I have a
slight problem with passing to the interface dashstyle as a number that
a user will have no clue about.

We should somehow mine in the existing standards like SVG or ODF to find
something that can represent that value and pass it as svg:<something>
attribute and/or collection of svg:<something> draw:<something> attributes.
