All of my past & future code contributions to LibreOffice / TDF may be 
licensed under the "MPL/LGPLv3+" dual license.
All other contributions  may be licensed under
Creative Commons "Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported (CC BY-SA 3.0)"

This holds for future contributions until I explicitly revoke this 
statement here in this list.
