lo-4-0-4.2 build fails for lang de

ubuntu 12.04
branch libreoffice 4-0-4.2 (01d064366279ced9dcb45851c9f09496eeea2609)

variant 1: without --with-lang= ) works fine
variant 2: with --with-lang=ALL ) works fine

variant 3: with --with-lang=de or --with-lang="de" ) fails


First error on line 96 of the logfile

What I am astonished is that the build tries
Collected spellchecker languages for spellchecker: de,fr,it
even if only de is requested (see line 1466)


I did in all 3 variants was:
autogen.sh
make clean
make dev-install


Is this a known bug? or missed I something? Any ideas?

Should I try lo-4-0-5 before investigate more?
