This does

-                    <property name="label" translatable="yes">_Limit decimals for general number format</property>
+                    <property name="label" translatable="yes">_Limit decimals for Standard number format</property>

but IMHO the wording should best match the name that is used in the
number format code, which for English is "General". Localizations may
use different terms, for example in French it is Standard and I think
that is why you propose this change, but translations of the UI label
then should take care of that and not the English string be changed.
