Contributing a hyphen dictionary for Bahasa Melayu/Malay

OK, let's do this together. I'll try to find out how to properly package a
dictionary and let's built a beta version to be tested by Malaysian.

By the way, are you somewhere around KL? If you are, maybe we can have a
face-to-face meeting with the open source people who might be interested to
join.
