Hello,
works fine by me. Did you try with another compiler / compiler version ?
I have
gcc version 4.7.2 20130108 [gcc-4_7-branch revision 195012] (SUSE Linux)
and last commit in master being:

d8dedc775cedf0e9daf9284bc7e3a0331ccd2963
EMF+: Integer coordinate values are signed.
