Tinderbox failure, Win-x86 at 7-MinGW, MASTER, last success: 2013-02-26 13:51:47

What do we really need from setup_native for Windows/Mingw ?
Does it make sense to fix these issues below or just avoid building them ?
Could someone have a look and examine properly
setup_native/Module_setup_native.mk ?
