resolves https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=59819
FILESAVE: .xlsx: new functions
(AVERAGEIF,AVERAGEIFS,COUNTIFS,SUMIFS,IFERROR,IFNA) lead to
warning in Excel 2013, and IFNA is not accepted
