[ANNOUNCE] LibreOffice 4.2 MABs created (fdo#65675)

Hi,

we have created the branch libreoffice-4-1 three weeks ago. It means
that we already might have bugs that are visible only in LibreOffice
4.2.0.0.alpha0+ daily builds. Hence I have created the LibreOffice 4.2
MABs metabug, see
