Hackfest travel refund

Hello,

to all of you who would like to apply for a travel refund for the 
Hackfest, find the detailed instructions at 
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/TDF/Policies/Refunding at the SPI 
section.

In a nutshell, please send

	- your receipt for travel and hotel
	- the filled in SPI form from 
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/images/d/d9/SPI_reimbursement_request_editable.pdf

via e-mail to treasurer at documentfoundation.org. To get the required bank 
data, it's usually sufficient to ask your bank what to provide when 
receiving money from the US.

I'll arrange travel refunds with SPI then.
