[PATCH] format paintbrush "paragraph" / "character" format

Add a paragraph to explain what formats are considered as "paragraph"
and "character" format by the format paintbrush.

Then if you "unblod" a portion of this paragraph, the bold format is still a <emph>paragraph</emph> format but the portion you unbold have an "not bold" <emph>character</emph> format.</paragraph>
