--enable-pch option is broken?

thank you! I never used that option.
The problem is that some tinderboxes use that option. And these 
tinderboxes are driven in dual mode:
master & gerrit-buildbot - so that we have false negative for 
gerrit-buildbot-verification.

I wonder if we can somehow pass that event: "regenerate all pch files in 
some special case" to tinderbox?
