[ANNOUNCE] libreoffice-4.0.3.3 tag created

Hi,

there was a high visible regression against 4.0.2, see
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=63779 . We have decided to
do rc3 to fix this problem.

I have just created the tag libreoffice-4.0.3.3, aka rc3. The
corresponding official builds will be hopefully available over the
weekend. It will be used as final if no blocker is found. We will try
to keep the original schedule.

Now, you might switch your current 4-0 source tree to it using:

./g fetch --tags
./g checkout -b tag-libreoffice-4.0.3.3 libreoffice-4.0.3.3

Linux distro packages might find source tarballs at
http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/pre-releases/src/
They will be available from the official page together with the builds.
