Automatic update extension question

Hi all,

Can extension update automatically?

I found this https://help.libreoffice.org/Common/Extension_Update but it is
a manual process

I checked an unopkg command http://api.libreoffice.org/docs/tools.html, it
also no command to update an extension

How anyone provide the way to do this?
