I thought about libxmlsec, but was not sure about it because of the “heavily
patched” part, we essentially forked it (can’t use system version, for
example). Same for bluez_blutooth headers, I was not sure about the “cleaned”
part in the README. extras looked like a module with LO code, not just
externals, so wasn't sure about it.

Did not check the other, but I think they should be moved indeed.
