bluez_bluetooth is actually a direct copy from android sources (IIRC), and
without any changes of our own (i.e. android "cleaned" the headers which are in
turn originally from bluez -- afaict they no longer maintain these headers
though as they no longer use bluez. LO only uses the headers for some struct
definitions).
