yes, that will work for all files that are actually in the installation,
but not necessarily for the files that are put in some wrapper "around"
the installation like directly in the mac .dmg file or the RPM
tarball... like LICENSE.html apparently.

this should be cleaned up now anyway with commit
7b3133ad882b24834f87b478d00bf4ee92d3cd63
