I took a look; since ... 4.1.2? 4.1.3? not sure anymore, you can also
use:

 CDateFromUnoDate
 CDateFromUnoTime
 CDateFromUnoDateTime
 CDateToUnoDate
 CDateToUnoTime
 CDateToUnoDateTime

to replace

 CDateFromIso
 CDateToIso
