Error in languagetag unittest

Hi LO guys,

I'm getting this error since last week, I did a lot of pulls and it's
still broken:

/languagetag.cxx:674: LanguageTag::registerOnTheFly: not cross-inserted
0x51 for 'dz' have 'bo'
canvasbitmaptest.cxx:183:Assertion

This is a know issue, or maybe my environ is causing this?
