Manual tests on regression for 4.2.x version

Dear developers,

I'm currently working on updating manual tests for the 4.2.x version.
Tests for new features will be written as well.

Do you have any regressions in mind that we should particularly monitor
during the test series we will run on this version?
If yes, please give me the bug number and I'll add a test for it.
