About writeDBLoaderInfo function in dbloader.cxx (dbaccess module)

Yes, removing writeDBLoaderInfo and writeDBLoaderInfo2 completely was 
the right thing to do here.  They had been used to implement active UNO 
component registration (where there were different schemes in use how 
code achieved that) and the above commit had simply failed to remove 
them properly.
