[GSOC] Personas - Weekly Report #12

Hi all,

This week I made some changes to the Personas code and pushed a new branch
for code review (gsoc14-personas2).
Also, I converted RID_XMLSECTP_GENERAL to Widget Layout, which also solved
a 3 year old bug, fdo#44182
