$ make vs2012-ide-integration

under Cygwin should generate the various sln files inside modules.

Honza - thanks for the great update; are we still using Cygwin 'make'
underneath ? or are we starting to do native compiles ? [ if so, I guess some
re-build performance testing is in order ;-].
