Advice needed : making options dialog slightly wider

Hi Caolan, all,

Is there a disadvantage to make the options dialog slightly wider ?
Doing that will allow French localized strings (and probably the German
ones) to find enough room. For example in Tools > Options > LibreOffice
Calc > View

I tested the change of TP_WIDTH from 260 to 280 in
include/sfx2/tabpage.hrc and it was enough to see the strings entirely
(Ubuntu 13.10 x86-64).

That does not fix all the problems of cut strings but several ones.
