[PATCH] vcl/source/window/status.cxx: Translate German comments

here's my small contribution:
I translated all comments in 'vcl/source/window/status.cxx' from German 
to English.

Please check whether everything is correct, because I'm not a native 
English speaker and I don't know the code.
