[GSOC] Personas - Weekly Report #8

Hello all!

This week, I did the following things:

+ Fixed the thread related issues. LO does not crash anymore if the user is
impatient ;)
+ Fixed the UI quirks in personalization_tab page.

This week, I'm working on converting the dialog RID_SVX_MDLG_HANGULHANJA,
as most of the work in my GSoC project is finished.
