Regina,
tinderbox typically do not do localisation, mostly because
localisation is extremely slow, especially on non linux.
and the localisation-files do not change that often especially before
the end of the cycle.
That being said the next 4.2 or 4.3 beta should include the patch and
these will have localized version.
