[REMINDER] feature freeze and branch off for libreoffice-4-4 next week

This is a reminder that next Monday (Nov 17th) marks the feature
freeze and consequently branch-off for the LibreOffice 4.4.0 release.

If you have anything in the works that won't make it in time, but is
deemed necessary to get in: Make sure to put it on th ESC's agenda.

now is still time to nag other people for feedback/review of any stuff
that's lingering around :-)

PS: libreoffice-4-4 branch won't need reviews until last beta, but no
automated merging from master will be done, so please make sure to
cherry-pick any relevant bugfixes to the branch as well
