Calc on recent Windows build has horrible repaint problem.

Hi there,

So, I just built from the master branch on Windows, launched Calc and
shocked in horror...

I've attached a screenshot of what I see.  Here, I opened a new Calc
document, clicked a few cells, and select a range...

Anybody with any clue?
