Problems with refactor tool based in compilerplugins.

The refactor now works for me with two passes:
1. using only ​
COMPILER_PLUGIN_TOOL=
​myplugin for rewrite only the .cxx files
​2. using COMPILER_PLUGIN_TOOL=myplugin UPDATE_FILES=all ​for end the
refactor rewriting the .hxx files
