[libreoffice] allow passing FilterOptions via cli

I confirm that  LibreOfficeDev_4.3.2.0.0_Linux_x86-64_rpm
and LibreOfficeDev_4.3.3.0.0_Linux_x86-64_rpm from the latest
daily builds work.
