* Present: Heiko, Ibrahim, Jay, Mattias, Kendy, Stuart

* Completed Action Items:

    + Heiko: Publish it in the Shapes sidebar blog post
    + Matthias: Provide a mockup of a single accordion collection of shapes

* Pending Action Items:

    + Jay: Send a mail to documentation at global.libreoffice.org with the wiki page that collects changes in menus
    + Kendy: Collecting of the user information should be incremental, somewhere in the user's profile
    + Ahmed: Push the new Sifr icons he's done recently
    + Kendy: Talk to Milos wrt. https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=48622
    + Alex: Gnome 2.20-style 'a' icons & Gnome 3-style text line icons
    + Samuel: Formulas and Navigator should open in the sidebar, not as a special window
      https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=85897
        + Is that issue for the Navigator too (I dont read it from the issue)
          and in Writer the choice anycase was to allow opening separate too. (Cor, after discussion on 20150128)
            + the bug report only discusses the separate formulas sidebar in calc (Jay)
    + Kendy: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=87794
         + check how the sliders in the Audio/Video toolbar are implemented to move them to sidebar
    + Jay: Create a bug report about problem with parent icon set links.txt entries not appearing in child icon sets (Jay)
    + Kendy: Make sifr icons fall back on breeze icons as breeze is more complete

* UI changes integrated the last week:

    + More reorganization of buttons in the Calc toolbars (Jay)
    + More Breeze icons (Andreas)
    + .ui improvements (Bubli)

* Accordion widget (Heiko)

    + positivive feedback to possible use of the accordion widget
      http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Accordion_%28GUI%29
    + it is quite a change if we introduce that in LibreOffice (Kendy)
        + development of the widget itself
        + native theming - Gtk+ / OS X / Qt / Windows - are there native impl's? (Kendy)
        + is there something close that would provide similar functionality in LibreOffice? (Kendy)
            + like a modified tree view? (Kendy)
                + different that you can open any level (Heiko)
                + powerful, but not that easy to use
            + actually it seems that eg. Calligra uses a modified tree view (Heiko)
        + disadvantage of accordion: uses quite a lot of space (Heiko)
    + would be good to have a graphical designer to think about this - just to have something nice & creative (Heiko)
        + even accordion would be a big change - so we can experiment (Kendy)
AI + create a CoreHack to modify the tree view to have a Proof-of-concept, so that we can try how it feels (Kendy)
    + interesting use case for trying the accordion could be the Tools -> Options... dialog (Kendy/Heiko)

* Icon Updates / Issues

    + Shouldn't the icons in the Start Center always be the TDF/LibreOffice official icons regardless of the icon theme? (Pedro)

      https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=90387
      https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=90127
        + KDE HIG forbid to change the official icons (Heiko)
            + like, when you have the LibreOffice official icon / logo, it shouldn't be branded
        + are the Writer / Calc / ... icons actually logos? (Kendy)
            + https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Gallery_Logos

            + https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Marketing/Branding

    + great work by Klaus-Juergen, thanks so much! (all)
        + unfortunately no other participants
        + we should have promoted that more, via G+ - sorry about that (Kendy)
    + all look good - up to marketing if it is necessary to have one official, or if the people can choose from more (Kendy)

* Artwork competition for LibreOffice 5.0 (Kendy)

    + needed: splash, startcenter graphics, about
    + not to take results as is, could be used as an inspiration (Kendy)
    + competition - a possibility to reach out to people, to get fresh blood (Jay)
    + hesitant if we get enough useful contribution (Stuart)
        + still I'd like to try it :-) (Kendy)
        + use similar wording as in the templates contest (Kendy)
    + we can also reach to some people we know (Jay)
        + will do that (Jay)
        + and if no positive answers / good outcome, competition the next week (Kendy)
