[GSoC15] Chained Text Boxes - Report Week 10

Hi everybody,
from last week:
- cutting text triggers underflow
- we can read the structure of a text chain from file
- code was cleaned in various places (e.g. now some "resizing" necessary
for overflow check occur only if we have a chainable box)
- rebased on top of current master
