graphite2 released

Dear All,

Graphite has released a new version of its library and it would be good to get all that arabic goodness into libreoffice. Can someone upload the library from either of:

http://projects.palaso.org/attachments/download/427/graphite2-1.3.0.tgz
http://sourceforge.net/projects/silgraphite/files/graphite2/graphite2-1.3.0.tgz/download

Then I'll submit a patch to handle various improvements around graphite integration.
