[GSoC] Integrate LO with GNOME - WR#13

This week :
- Worked on LOKDocView abstraction in gnome-documents code. Talked
with g-d maintainers, they are happy with this new integration
approach.
- Added a separate menu for open document format documents.
- Added a separate toolbar

The g-d integration code now looks more organized.
