[Solved]: still error on cairotextrenderer.cxx and GlyphCache

Looks like generic/glyphcache.hxx is not included when graphite is disabled on build :)
It gets included only by graphite ifdef code on cairotextrenderer.cxx
I had to patch this file to include glyphcache before, and it works :)
