Hi dear, I am college student and i have a libreoffice localization
project and i want u help me on the following issues.

1. I have downloaded the source code then how could i edit it( wht
environment do i need to set up for building)?
2. wht are the main tasks that i should to know about the localization?
3. we are working on pootle ,how does those gettext po files come out
from the source?
