as suggested, I patched the solaris_intel sources to support gcc 4.7.
Let me know if the attached patch is fine for you to apply.
Now I'm going on building, when everything will go through, I will provide you
with all the patches we had to apply

How can we track if that solar files are already taking into account gcc
4.7?
It doesn't. If you like you can debug into __cxa_throw to see the
reason it calls std::terminate.
