RTF future in LO

I mostly take care of Writer's RTF filter in LO.

I have no idea why do you list these here, this mailing list is to
discuss code and patches, not for bugreporting. And even if you report
bugs: if you find a bug in the RTF specification, then please talk to
Microsoft, not to the LO devs.
