[GSoC] Reuse Mozilla's rolling update mechanism for LibreOffice - Weekly Report 1

This is the week 1 progress report of the GSoC bug "Reuse Mozilla's rolling
update mechanism for LibreOffice":

- found code pointers for generating update packages
- began planning necessary infrastructure for the update server
- found code pointers for applying updates

Future goals:

- finalize the necessary infrastructure for the update server
- begin integrating Mozilla's code into LibreOffice's code base
