[GSoC] Rework the Expert Configuration dialog Week 4

Hello!

Last week I reviewed my last commit, and now the dialog load all property.
I followed the old pattern. Here is the commit:

Unfortunately the search function is not working now, and the screen reader
can't read dynamically inserted entries.
