Nope, issues of the missing/inoperable accelerator were fixed for 4.2.0.4
release and subsequent--Kumāra simply elected not to update.

Unfortunately the Easyhack status for this issue burned through a lot of useful
fledgling dev time--thank you none the less, but admittedly not obvious until
one digs into the archives.

I've opened enhancement bug 90030 to provide a button action in addition to the
F5_SHIFT_MOD2 accelerator.
