As predicted in the last ESC, normal service is now mostly restored post
VclPtr. All the remaining html import failures are also apparently
triggered by that too but I've now fixed those as well.

The fdo48559-1.rtf newly assert on load though is new since
c4cf85766453982f1aa94a7f2cb22af19ed100be "sw: fix crash due to redlines
on tables on ooo121112-2.docx"
