TDF infrastructure configuration is not publicly available

Can someone add the issue to today ESC meeting:

* Make TFD infrastructure configuration publicly available (salt, etc).

As example all artifacts of OpenStack project (except root password) is
publicly available, here Gerrit pupet project: [1]. And everyone
including yours truly is able to contribute to it on their gerrit
instance: [2].
