graphite 1.3.2 release

Dear All,

I feel embarrassed to ask, yet again for a pull on graphite 1.3.2:

But I need to do it because it's the last step before I push a patch to refactor the graphite integration so that it works, and is more understandable. Supporting this version of graphite with the old integration results in hangs and other severe nastinesses. So this work is long overdue.
