I suppose you refer to 
"Please use %PRODUCTNAME instead of "LibreOffice" and replace it afterwards. See e.g. “

I cannot see the word BUILD-ID.

We use %PRODUCTNAME instead of LibreOffice, to allow others to label their version of LibreOffice differently.
