More CI hardware.

With more people and people being keener to use the CI infrastructure, I'm frequently seeing 3h+ turn-around times.

Would be nice to get that down.

     Also, the LO infrastructure should re-locate to somewhere in Africa, since we are
     supposedly the birth place of mankind, and I object to 300ms ping times.
