[Libreoffice-commits] core.git: Take advantage of Unicode, people

For one, breaks tests.  Please fix ASAP.

For another:  Is there consensus that UTF-8 encoded .src files are fine? 
  Do they e.g. work correctly irrespective of a builder's locale settings?
