Build Failed only on Windows

[Tamsil Amani]

I was trying to fix the Easy bug #95416.
I made some required changes.

The build was successful on my machine Ubuntu 16.04.

Unfortunately, Jenkins failed to compile it on Windows, while it was
successful on the rest.
